What exactly can I personalize?

It depends on the piece. Across the Everword collection, personalization can include names or words, engraved dates or messages, birthstones, birth flowers, photos and meaningful locations. Gift wrapping with a personalized note is also available as a separate add-on. Each product page lists the options for that specific item.

Do all Everword gifts have to be personalized?

No. Some pieces are personalized around a name, date, photo or place; others are meaningful because of the design itself. The product page will make the difference clear before you order.

Will you check my spelling?

For names, engraving and custom text, we make the wording you submit. Please check spelling, spacing, dates and capital letters carefully before completing the order. If you notice a mistake after ordering, email us as quickly as possible and we will help if production has not started.

What if it arrives wrong or damaged?

Contact us with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We may ask for a short video if additional documentation is needed. If the item arrived damaged, incorrect or with a production error, we will review it under our Returns and remakes policy and arrange the appropriate next step.

How long will it take?

For most personalized or made-to-order jewelry, allow 3 to 5 business days for processing. US standard shipping is typically another 2 to 5 business days. For a gift with a date attached, we recommend allowing about 7 to 11 business days overall. Full detail is on the Shipping page.

Can you send it straight to the recipient?

Yes. Enter the recipient's shipping address at checkout. If you would like a written note and the item does not already include one, add Gift Wrap with Personalized Note when available.

What are the pieces made of?

Materials and finishes vary by product. Depending on the piece, the product page may list polished stainless steel, .925 sterling silver, white-gold or yellow-gold finishes over a base metal, brass, cubic zirconia, or other materials used in the specific design. We use “finish” or “plated” language where applicable rather than describing a piece as solid gold. Check the Product details section on the item you are considering for the exact specification.

What length is the chain?

Chain length varies by necklace. Current styles include several adjustable ranges, so use the measurements on the individual product page rather than one store-wide chain length.

How do I look after jewelry from Everword?

Keep it dry when you can, put it on after perfume or lotion has dried, wipe it gently after wear and store it separately. Different materials can have different care needs, so see the Care guide and the Product details on your piece.
