Standard shipping is free, anywhere in the US
No minimum and no order threshold for standard US shipping.
There are two clocks, not one
Many Everword jewelry pieces are made or personalized after you order, so there is processing time before carrier transit. Presentation add-ons and other non-personalized items may move on a different schedule.
Clock one — processing. For most personalized or made-to-order jewelry, allow 3 to 5 business days unless the product page or checkout shows otherwise.
Clock two — shipping. Once your order is with the carrier:

Put the two together
For a gift with a date attached, we recommend allowing about 7 to 11 business days for a standard US order. With expedited shipping, allow about 5 to 8 business days.
Expedited shipping speeds up carrier transit; it does not skip the time needed to prepare or personalize a made-to-order piece. Delivery windows are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates, and carrier delays can happen.
Business days means Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
Buying for a date
If the date matters, order as early as you can. A useful rule of thumb is to count back 11 business days for standard shipping or 8 business days for expedited shipping.
Seasonal order-by guidance may be posted on the site during peak gifting periods.
Where we ship
The United States only, for now. We currently ship to US addresses and are not offering international delivery.
Package Protection
Optional Package Protection is available for eligible orders and is intended to cover certain loss, theft or damage issues in transit. Coverage and eligibility are governed by the protection option shown with your order.
